Psychological Assessments (including Psycho-Eds)
Our clinic offers psychological assessments (conducted by Clinical or School Psychologists) to evaluate the learning, communication, intellectual and attentional needs of those under the age of 18 and to determine the presence, or absence, of a mental health concern. Please note the psychoeducational and giftedness assessments are only offered to those under the age of 18 years old. These assessments including the following:
- Psychoeducational assessments (to determine diagnosis of ADHD, learning disabilities, etc).
- Giftedness assessments.
- Comprehensive diagnostic assessments (e.g., diagnoses such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Eating Disorders, etc)
Person-Specific Treatment Planning Assessments
As part of treatment at Fairmarc Psychology Centre, our clinicians engage in a thorough assessment with each person to get to know them, their history, to ascertain suitability for the treatment provided, and to develop a collaborative treatment plan.
